Firstly, looking at the pictures i lacked any inspiration, i was thinking jeez making a film about these seemed pretty hard. so i sat at home thinking that cant be the case i got it the wrong way round, im meant to be merely taking inspiration from the pictures. so im looking round the pictures and notice like the little origami horse or unicorn or whatever it is, and im like, yo i can just use paper? so i came up with two ideas:
1. The first one will be about an evening which this scale man made completely out of paper, lives in a paper house, has a paper ID everything, but lives in like a normal world, hangs out with his mates everything basically. but his 2D self just goes out for a night on the town its sort of a comedy drama, if not a bit dark hopefully. maybe a bit morbid, hopefully this will be quite a fast paced film with quick editing and music ill compose my self saves on royalties. however to make this film im gonna have to make multiple carboard cutouts, cover them in paper and draw the character, sounds like fun but i goto manage my time alot better than i have in the past.
2. My second idea is a bit more difficult, is to produce a narrative or maybe a tale, but im going to fix up a scrolling rig and in one cut hopefully produce a film thats made completely by light shining onto a wall through cut outs in the time line paper, this is the idea i have shined to alot better but i havent decided on a narrative ive just looked more into the physical side of doing things and i think i have decided a way of doing it. i like this idea better, it should be a bit more technical and will need less editing, i also think its quite an original idea.
so just lemme know what you think, i got some drawings but the scanners buggered, watch this space.

StreetTalk Project
I figuired as im making this blog more about my work, ill upload my 3 favourite and stronger designs from the last project.
This one "are we out for the environment?" for this one i took inspiration from Frogger, youll see the close layout and style, the colours i chose for all these designs are very bright, the style is very much to appeal to a younger audience, but also young adult who can relate to these video games.
This one ive taken inspiration from Galaga and space invaders, it says keep fit, and it says in the yellow "energy" its all about using your own man power rather than transport to keep fit and save energy.
This one, "global warming isnt a game" i took inspiration from asteroids, i also thought it would be fun to put a polar bear in shorts on a skateboard with a pineapple drink, obviously his homes getting hotter, dunno why he needed shorts really, or shoes? anyway lemme know what you think.
